Performed Vendor Delivery & Quality Oversight, including requirement and solution confirmation, test coordination, release preparation, issue follow-up and risk escalation.
Technical Judgement
Directly reviewed solutions, interfaces, testing evidence, defects and maintainability, and used technical understanding to challenge cost, effort and hidden risk.
Actions Taken
Coordinated UAT, Release and Cutover, checked delivery evidence, analysed root causes and drove genuine resolution.
Publicly Shareable Evidence
Practical delivery participation across Core Banking, FPS, Autopay, e-Banking and the Unclaimed Account System.
